5. Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of your audio recordings and any original content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your recordings or transcriptions.

8. AI-Generated Content

The vocabulary suggestions and language improvements provided by our AI are generated automatically and are intended as recommendations only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions for any particular context. You are responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to use any suggestions provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
